The Amazingly Productive Winter Harvest!

In the last ten weeks (November 28th 2009 to January 31st 2010) during the coldest, darkest time of the year, we have harvested and sold 7 lbs Mache, 57 lbs Baby Spinach, 37 lbs Baby/Winter Arugula, 201 lbs Candy Carrots and a whopping 116 lbs of Winter/Cooking Spinach at the Willits Winter Market!! And for restaurants, we have harvested an additional 140 lbs of Candy Carrots! Go local food production!
