Farming and Feeding of the Minds 2010 a huge success!

The first Farming and Feeding of the Minds event featuring Joel Salatin and Eliot Coleman was a huge success. Over two hundred participants attended the Saturday workshops, 70 of which were farmers sponsored by Slow Food Roaring Fork and Western Slope, and 175 people attended the Chef Ryan Hardy dinner and feature presentations evening on Sunday.
