Farm Tour and Plant Sale

My Farm Day is scheduled for Sunday June 13th from 1:00 to 5:00 with the farm tour taking place at 2:00. We will have snacks and refreshments prepared by my interns including Chocolate Mint Iced Tea and Mini Pesto Quiches with eggs from our hens and basil from the greenhouse. Please spread the word and bring your family and friends! And please RSVP by Friday June 11th. Directions to the farm are below.
We will have veggies available for purchase such as tomatoes, cucumbers, yellow/green/purple snap beans, zucchini, sugar snap peas, baby carrots, spinach, heads of lettuce along with more beets, Walla Walla onions, kale, chard, Hakurei turnips, salad mix and eggs.
For plant starts in plantable CowPots, I have over 15 different varieties of TOMATOES including Heirlooms (such as Cherokee Purple & San Marzano), Beefsteaks (Big Beef & Park's Whopper) and Cherry Tomatoes (Sun Gold & Sun Cherry); 5 varieties of hot and bell PEPPERS; 2 varieties of EGGPLANT; pickling & salad CUCUMBERS; many different HERBS including Basil, Flatleaf Parsley, Cilantro, Dill, Thyme, Rosemary, Sage, Chives & Lavender; and FLOWERS for companion planting including Marigolds, Calendula & Nasturtiums.
